Exploring Nature Through Storytelling Traditions with Nathalie Hites

Postponed due to rain!

Now Saturday, May 13th at 1:00 PM

Words in the Wild Teaching Fellow and seasoned Montessori guide, Nathalie Hites, will lead children through an exploration of the natural world through time-honored storytelling traditions. This outdoor Storytime will take place at Pinewood Picnic Site at Joaquin Miller Park on Saturday, May 13th.

At the end of each Storytime experience, we will give out free books courtesy of the Oakland Literacy Coalition. Our learning specialists will also connect families with additional resources to support joyful, stress-free reading at home.

Storytime is a one-hour outdoor program! We will provide an alternative date in case of rain.
